I recently took my golden retriever, Max, to get groomed, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They took the time to ask about Max's grooming history and any specific needs he might have. The facility was clean and organized, which always gives me peace of mind for my furry friend. I especially loved how they had a separate area for larger dogs, which made Max feel more comfortable as he can be a bit anxious around smaller breeds. The grooming itself was fantastic; they took special care with his sensitive spots and even sent me updates on how he was doing during the process. I could tell that the groomers really love animals, which is so important. Absolutely thrilled with the service here! I brought my little poodle in for a cut, and she looks amazing! The staff was so kind and patient, really made my dog feel at ease. Plus, the prices are very reasonable compared to other places I've checked out. Highly recommend!

Great experience! I took my bulldog, Rocky, for a bath and nail clipping, and the staff handled him like pros. They were super gentle and communicated with me throughout the process. The only downside was the waiting area; it could use some more seating. Overall, a great place!

I took my shih tzu, Bella, here for the first time last week, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The staff greeted us with big smiles and took the time to understand what I wanted for Bella’s groom. The grooming area was bright and airy, which made me feel comfortable leaving Bella in their care. They even gave me a little tour of the space, which was nice. Bella was returned to me looking adorable, with a perfectly trimmed coat and a cute little bow! However, I did notice that they were running a bit behind schedule, which was a little inconvenient. But I appreciated the fact that they took their time with each pet rather than rushing through. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly and skilled groomer. Just make sure to schedule your appointment in advance to avoid any delays!
